Returns & Replacements Policy

We, in Rivers World, Guarantee to make the return and replacement process very smooth and efficient. And we have set very flexible conditions that suit all.

Returns & Replacements Policy is a bit different between the online store and branches. You can check it below.

 

Returns & Replacements Policy in Branches

All purchased products from our branches can be returned or replaced according to the following terms:

  • All products should be in their original condition and not used and its barcode label should be still attached to it,
  • Return or replacement process should be within our allowed times
  • You must bring the original invoice with you.
  • If the product/s doesn't meet all our conditions we will not be able to replace or return it.

 

Return & replace allowed times in branches

All items bought from our branches can be replaced or returned according to the following:

Non discounted products:
3 days to return & 7 days to replace

Discounted products:

3 days to replace. No returns are allowed for discounted products.

All items should meet our terms & conditions of replacement & returns

Replacement is allowed only once for the online store or branches.

The cases which you cannot return or replace your order

There are a few situations that you can not return or replace your product:

  • When you exceed the allowed time for the return or replacement which is announced in our policy. This applies to the online store and branches.
  • When the product is used, totally or partially damaged, or is not in its original condition.
  • When the barcode label is lost.
  • When the product has any smell, whether it is a good or a bad smell
  • In Branches, Return discounted products is not allowed. Replacement only is allowed

Replacement online is available at a small cost

Replacement is allowed only once for the online store or branches.

 

Why online replacement has cost?

Because we afford the shipping cost for your order for the first time, in case you got free shipping. Then we return it also from you for free. So when we ship your replacement items back to you, you will pay this shipping fee once.

You can replace items for free in any of our branches

 

What if I don't want to pay replacement fees?

You have the option to return your order for free. But in this case, you will not get your new styles or sizes.

 

Please note that in case you have chosen to pay upon delivery, that pay upon delivery fee will not be refunded. Because these fees are for a service that you already got. And these fees are collected and deducted by the shipping company.

We have provided you with other alternative free methods but you chose to pay upon delivery.

 

♦ In case your order net value is below the free shipping limit after you return any items, we will deduct the shipping fees and return the rest of your money to you. Because you got your shipping for free at first and now your order is below the limit.

The shipping fee is not refundable if the order is returned in full.

♦ When you choose to pay online via Visa / Mada / MasterCard / STC Pay Or when you choose the installments payment option, and upon completion of the order, the payment gateway deducts 2.5% of the order value as a fee for accepting online payment, so this percentage will be deducted in case the order is canceled or returned, whether the order came out of our warehouse and was received by you, or the order has been canceled before its exit, and in case it was a partial return or replacement, nothing will be deducted.

Cash On Delivery COD fee is not refundable if the order is returned because it is a service that you have already received.

♦ All pieces that you want to replace or return must be unused, in their original condition, have their barcode label, and have no smell at all. Otherwise, we will not be able to return or replace it.

 

In there is a difference between the Arabic and English text, the Arabic text is the reference.
