Return and Replacement Policy
We at Rivers World guarantee a very smooth and efficient return and replacement process. We have very flexible terms that suit everyone.
All products purchased from the Rivers World online store can be returned or replaced according to the following conditions:
- All items must meet our Replacement and return terms and conditions
- Replacement or return is allowed through the online store within a period of 7 days starting from the delivery date.
- Returns through branches are not allowed. You can submit a request for a return online.
- All products must be in their original and unused condition and their barcode label must still be attached to them.
- The return or Replacement must be within our permitted times.
- If the product/s do not meet all of our conditions, we will not be able to replace or return them.
- Bags and accessories cannot be returned or replaced online or in our branches.
- Please note that if you choose to pay upon delivery, the COD fees you paid will not be refunded. Because this fee is for a service you already received. These fees are collected and deducted by the shipping company. We have provided you with other free alternative methods but you have chosen to pay upon delivery.
- Shipping charges are not refundable if the order is returned in full.
- In the event that the net value of your order is less than the free shipping limit after returning any items, we will deduct the shipping fee and return the rest of your money to you. Because you got free shipping in the beginning and now your order is below the limit.
- In the event of online payment via Visa / Mada / MasterCard / STC Pay or when choosing installments and when you complete the order, the payment gateway deducts 2.5% of the order value as a fee for accepting online payment, so this percentage will be removed if the order is returned in full, whether the order came out of our warehouse and it was received by you, or the order was canceled before it left.
Situations in which you cannot return or replace your order
- When you exceed the allowed return or Replacement time stated in our policy.
- When the product is used, if it is damaged in whole or in part, or if it is not in its original condition.
- When the barcode label is lost.
- When the product has any smell whether it is good or bad.
- When you buy from the online store and want to return in the branches.
How to replace my order online?
From within the order page, make a return for the products to be replaced, and you can directly make a new order with the required pieces, and we will deliver the new order to you as any normal order without delay. In this case, you will not wait for the driver to reach you for collecting the pieces, but rather you will get the new pieces directly. Then we will direct the shipping company’s driver to you to receive the pieces, and when it reaches us, we will return the amount to the same payment method used in your primary order.
How to make an online return?
In the same way as the replacement. From the order page, make a return for the products to be returned, and then we will direct the representative of the shipping company to you to receive the parts, and when the pieces reach us, we will return the amount to the same payment method used in your primary order.
In the presence of a difference between the Arabic text and the English text, the Arabic text is the reference.
