Replacement & Return

All items bought from our branches can be replaced or returned according to the following:

3 day to return & 7 days to replace

All items should meet our terms & conditions of replacement & returns

Replacement is allowed only once

All items bought from our branches can be replaced or returned within 7 days of the receiving date.

All purchased products from our online store or from our branches can be returned or replaced according to the following terms:

  • All products should be in its original condition and not used and its barcode label should be still attached to it,
  • Return or replacement process should be within our allowed times of return & replacement in the previous questions
  • You must bring the original invoice with you.
  • If the product/s don't meet all our conditions we will not be able to replace or return it.

Bags & Accessories cannot be replaced or returned.

Other than that all of our products can be returned or replaced as long as it meets our returns and replacements policy and doesn't exceed the allowed time for return and replacement.

This applies to all products purchased from online store and from our branches.

There are a few situations that you can not return or replace your product:

  • When you exceed the allowed time for the return or replacement which is announced in our policy. This applies to the online store and branches.
  • When the product is used, totally or partially damaged, or is not in its original condition.
  • When the barcode label is lost.
  • When the product has any smell, whether it is a good or a bad smell

First of all, we are very sorry about that unintentional mistake.

In case you received the wrong product whether the mistake was in model, color, or size, you can return your product in its original condition. After that, you can choose either to get the right product and we will replace and ship it to you, or get fully refunded and we will return the money to you.

Sure. You can return any product you don't want anymore. We understand that you are entitled to have what suits you. 

In this case, all that you have to do is to send us a message on care@riversworld.net or on WhatsApp 0581984427 to cancel your order and return your money back according to our policy.

If you had already received your product you can return it as long as it meets our return policy.

Unfortunately, you cannot return or replace after allowed time is gone.

Financial

In case you paid through MADA or any other debit/credit/prepaid card, it will take from several hours up to 15 workdays. This process depends on your card type and your bank. We cannot control it. We apply the refund amount to the bank and the rest is up to their policy.

In case you paid through bank transfer or cash paid upon delivery, it will take up to 3 workdays for the whole process.

Time starts from the date we receive and check your returned products.

The refund procedure is very smooth and quick with Rivers World. In case you paid upon delivery, all that you need to do is to give us your bank account details that you want to receive your money on, through this mail  care@riversworld.net or on WhatsApp 0506007211 and we will immediately start the refund process as soon as we receive and check your products.

Note:

Cash on delivery fees is collected by the shipping company. So will not ba able to refund cash on delivery fees to you and will return all other amounts.

In case your order is less than our free shipping limit after returning some of its items, we will deduct shipping fees for the order that you received at first. Because your order then was above the limit and after the return is below it. So, we will deduct shipping fees for one time and refund the rest to you.

In case you chose to pay upon delivery and returned your whole order, we will not be able to refund cash on delivery fees to you. These fees are deducted by the shipping company as they are the provides of this service. So we didn't collect these fees.

And we have provided you with other free payment methods but you chose to pay upon delivery.

When you choose to pay online via Visa / Mada / MasterCard / STC Pay Or when you choose the installments payment option, and upon completion of the order, the payment gateway deducts 2.5% of the order value as a fee for accepting online payment, so this percentage will be deducted in case the order is canceled or returned, whether the order came out of our warehouse and was received by you, or the order has been canceled before its exit, and in case it was a partial return or replacement, nothing will be deducted.

Shipping & Delivery

All confirmed orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 1 - 12 hours from time confirming.

Then we distribute it for delivery as the following:

  • Delivery to main cities: 1 - 5 business days.
  • Delivery to the rest of the cities: 2 - 9 business days.

Shipping company normally contacts you within 2 - 5 workdays from your return request date. Sometimes they are a bit late. The return process can take up to two weeks until it is completed.

Time depends on the customer's city.

Sorry, this is not available at the moment. You cannot contact the shipping company directly to arrange the return process. You can arrange which time the driver will come and pick the order from you when he calls.
